It's come to my attention that people do not know what parkour is. I don't know how that's possible, but you can find more here. Basically, it is the physical art of keeping one's body in continual forward motion despite the presence of various obstacles.
This video is about parkour cats -- though I believe any cat overcoming the obstacle of inbred feline laziness should be considered parkour-worthy.
