This is the week between summer and fall where everything seems to slow down, everyone gets serious, and the fun and all that was the summer seems to die. I'm both relieved and a little down about it. I swear, if September wasn't my birthday month, it would probably suck a hard one.

Take note that I'm stuck at school waiting for an 8pm meeting that could've been yesterday at five, so I'm bored, bored, bored, and wish someone would come and find me...with something entertaining to do.

Fun fact: All those conjunctions you use, from "don't" to "wouldn't" and "shan't" and "should've" and "I've" are all the product of metered poetry -- next time you don't sound like a jackass because you shortened cannot to can't, you can thank Shakespeare and Tennyson and Milton.

This is how bored I am, people. That just qualified as a fun fact.

Friday Funday: a remix of Josh Ritter's song "Rattling Locks" is out for free download. You should check it out if you're not a loser who hates awesome, free things.

Just got home from Josh Ritter's "Valentines Day Brawl". The man played a two and a half hour long set. It would've been beyond epic if it hadn't been Valentines Day and we weren't standing adjacent to a couple I named "Bacne and the Troubadour."
